| 摘 要： | 实力接近的高山滑雪运动员之间的比赛，其心理品质、心理训练水平对比赛的胜负起决定作用。根据高山滑雪运动项目的特点，认为高山滑雪运动员心理品质特征为坚强的意志品质与克服困难的拼搏精神、敏捷的感知与思维能力和较强的动觉能力。高山滑雪运动员的心理训练应注意加强对其良好动机、态度和专门化知觉的培养，并在技战术训练中培养高山滑雪运动员良好的心理素质，使之在比赛中对技战术的发挥起到积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The psychological quality and training level are crucial for the same-level alpine skiers to to win the competition. Considering the characteristic of alpine skiing, the article indicates the psychological quality should relate to strong will, valorous spirit, apprehensive mind and well kinaesthesia. For fostering their well psychological quality, it should be to advance the skiers' motivation, attitude and special sense in psychological training for them to ski with well technique and tactics in competition. |
