| 摘 要： | 速度滑冰、短道速滑项目的发展对运动员所具备的各项素质的要求越来越高,多年的少儿速滑、短道速滑运动员科学选材测试工作实践,为选拔优秀后备人才提供了大量参考依据。论述了少儿速滑、短道速滑运动员选材的重要性、选材的步骤和方法、选材的原则,分析了选材测试的形态、机能、素质、心理、技术等各项选材指标的测试结果,并进行了选材测试结果的评价与分析,及时发现和总结测试中存在的问题,提出相应的解决问题的对策,旨在探索科学选材的规律和方法。经试训预测判断选拔的队员是否真正适合速滑、短道速滑运动,经科学选材推荐的一些尖子运动员在各级教练指导下,陆续取得好成绩。

| Abstract: | With the higher and higher requirement of skaters’ necessary various qualities for developing the speed skating and short track speed skating,the years of practical experience from scientifically selecting the children talents in speed skating and short track speed skating is as plentiful reference for selecting the excellent reserve skaters.After discussing this selection work’s importance,procedure,method and principle,the paper analyzes various selection indexes of shape,function,quality,psychology and technique.With the analysis results,it timely finds out some existing problems in selection test.It suggests some countermeasures for searching the scientific selection method.The top skaters from some ones who were suited to skate by the forecast of experimental training were scientifically selected and achieved good results one by one under the guidance of various coaches. |
