| 摘 要： | 为了使速度轮滑初学者尽快地掌握滑行技术,采用文献资料法并结合高校轮滑教学实践经验和存在的问题,以教学安全为前提,培养学生兴趣为重点,对初级轮滑课的教学内容和步骤、教学方法和手段进行了研究。指出了轻视准备活动和运动后放松运动、盲目采用竞技训练手段、贪求教学进度、忽视学生左右均衡发展是教学实践中易犯的错误,并提出应对的措施。

| Abstract: | For the beginner mastering the speed roller skating skill as soon as possible,with the documentary information method and the teaching experience,the article discusses the primary teaching content,step,method and approach of roller skating. It indicates that the familiar mistakes relate to the inadequate warming-up and relaxation,reasonless competitive training means,overmuch teaching speed,slipshod balanced development. Aiming at these mistakes,it puts forward some countermeasures. |
