| 摘 要： | 研究目的：首先验证手腕动觉方位辨别能力能否通过练习得到提高,其次是测量国家女子冰球队手腕动觉方位辨别能力的实际水平,寻找出队员们手腕方位辨别最差的角度和最好的角度,为合理安排有针对性的技术和战术训练提供实验依据。研究方法：运用实验法测量国家女子冰球队队员和普通大学生,在辨别不同方位时的能力。研究结果：国家女子冰球队的队员手腕方位辨别的能力远远高于普通大学生,国家女子冰球队的队员对手腕顺时针旋转的小角度辨别准确性较高,对顺时针旋转的大角度辨别准确性较差。研究提示：冰球队队员手腕动觉方位辨别能力能反映运动员持拍、运球和射门时的手感与球感,可以作为运动员选材与技术评价的指标之一。

| Abstract: | The research purpose is to firstly prove whether the the ice hockey players' direction-sense from wrist kinaesthesia can be improved by some exercise and secondly for providing some experimental reference of well technical and tactical training to find out the worst and best angle of wrist direction-sense by testing the actual level of players' direction-sense from wrist kinaesthesia in the national female team of ice hockey.With the experiment method,we measure the female players' and undergraduates' direction-sense in various direction.The result shows that the female players' direction-sense from wrist kinaesthesia is highly better than the undergraduates and the female players' accuracy of direction-sense is better through the wrist clockwise turn with narrow-angle and is baddish with wide-angle.It indicates that the players' direction-sense from wrist kinaesthesia,which can show their handle of sticking and dribbling and shooting,may become a index selecting some players with talent and evaluating their playing technique. |
