| 摘 要： | 青少年速度滑冰运动员的选材,对确定其未来发展潜力具有重要的作用。采用文献资料和理论研究等方法,系统地阐述了速度滑冰项目的训练学特征、项目组成和技术特征以及速度滑冰运动员竞技能力特征。认为家族调查、体格检查、发育程度检查是实施选材的基础方法,并从年龄与发育程度、身体形态、生理机能、身体素质、技能基础、心理因素等几个方面提出青少年速度滑冰运动员科学选材的指标和标准,以期为速度滑冰教练员实施科学选材提供有效的解决方案。 |
