| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等方法对2013年女子冰壶世锦赛的比赛成绩进行分析。结果表明：中国女子冰壶队缺乏科学系统的训练,竞赛心理不成熟,后备人才严重匮乏等因素,是致使技战术水平下降和成绩下滑的主要因素。认为科学、系统的训练是掌握技战术的基础,加强冰壶运动员的心理训练是提高竞技运动成绩的有力保障。建议政府加大投资,提高专业冰壶运动人才水平和加强后备人才建设;加强国际交流,了解冰壶最新动态,进行科学训练;增强心理素质训练,提高竞赛心理承受力,为我国冰壶运动员发挥良好的技、战术风格打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,video observation and statistics,analyze on the 2013 World Women Curling Championship. The results show that Chinese women curling team lacks the scientific and sytematic training,psychological immature,short of reserved talents and other factors are the main factors to cause the decline of the technique,tactics and scores. The paper thinks that scientific and systematic training is the basis of mastering techniques and tactics,and strengthening the psychological training is to guarantee of improving athletic performance. And suggest the government to invest heavily and improve the level of professional curling talents and strengthen the construction of reserved talents. Strengthen international communications,understand the latest trends of curling and do scientific training. Enhance the psychological quality training,improve psychological endurance of competitions and lay a solid foundation for Chinese curling athletes to play good technical and tactical style. |
