摘    要:研究绝对力量训练引起损伤的原因及预防措施,可以有效地帮助运动员在训练中避免运动损伤,帮助教练员科学合理的安排训练计划,从而减少因伤病而影响运动员的比赛成绩。指出疲劳、心理、训练负荷、技术能力、旧伤未愈或带伤训练、运动员的年龄等是引起运动损伤的主要因素;着重从控制训练强度、改进训练方法、提高教练员的科学训练水平等多方面论述了绝对力量训练损伤的预防措施。

Abstract:Studying on the causes and preventive measures of injury caused by absolute strength training, can effectively help athletes avoid sports injury in training,help the coaches scientifically and reasonably arrange the training plans,so as to reduce the influence of athletes' performance because of injuries. The paper indicates that fatigue,psychology,training load,technical ability,minor improvement of old wounds or training with injuries,ages and so on are the main factors which cause injuries. The paper discussed the preventive measures of injury caused by absolute training emphatically from controlling training intensity,changing training methods,improving the scientific training level of coaches etc.
