| 摘 要： | 为了成功圆满地完成第24届世界大学生冬季运动会高山滑雪项目的竞赛工作，从竞赛委员会的角度，对第11届全国冬季运动会高山滑雪竞赛组织筹备、规划以及执行过程中各环节的工作进行总结和分析，指出大冬会竞赛组织工作应明确上岗人员职责，做好比赛项目预案，加强对各级裁判员的培训，强化意识，加强在认识和各环节工作的协调配合以及裁判员的工作质量等问题，为2009年哈尔滨第24届世界大学生冬季运动会高山滑雪竞赛组织工作提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | In order to get a success of alpine skiing competition in the 24th world university winter games,with the viewpoints of competition committee,the article has a summarization on the organization work of alpine skiing competition in the 11th national winter games.As a reference,it indicates that the competition organization committee of world university winter games should nail down the responsibility of various positions and predetermined plan of competitive events,enhance the training of multi-level referees,reinforce the consciousness of organization work with harmonious cooperation in every work and the judgment quality of referees for better preparation the 2009 world university winter games. |
