| 摘 要： | 研究冬季体育教学干预对大学生体质健康的影响,对冬季体育健身功能进行深层次的挖掘,探讨冬季体育教学促进大学生体质健康的科学途径,具有重要意义.分析了体质与健康的含义和关系,阐述了冬季体育教学内容、方法及对大学生体质健康干预的实效性,指出冬季体育教学干预对大学生体质健康的积极影响和存在的问题,从建立科学化的冬季体育健身课程教学体系,加强促进大学生体质健康的科学指导,探索促进大学生体质健康的冬季体育教学创新等方面,论述了充分发挥冬季体育教学干预对大学生体质健康促进的策略.

| Abstract: | Studying on the influence of physical health of college students from the intervence of winter sports education, having a deep tapping on the function of winter sports, discussing on the scientific ways that winter sports education improve physical health of college studetns has an important significance. Analyze the meaning and relation of physcial quality and health, state the timeliness of the intervence of physical health for colleges students by the contents and methods of winter sports education, point out the active effects and existing problems of physical health for college students by winter sports education, from building scientific curriculum system of winter sports, strengthening to improve the scientific guidance for the physical health of college students, explore to improve teaching innovation of winter sports for the physical health of college students, discuss on the strategies of fully improving the physical health for college students by the intervence of winter sports. |
