| 摘 要： | 目的：滑雪是一项难度高、危险性大的体育运动,如何提高教学和训练质量,使初学者能在短时间内,以最快的速度牢固地掌握滑雪运动技术是滑雪教学中首要解决的问题。方法：通过文献资料法、现场访谈法、教育实验法和数理统计法对意向置换教学运用于滑雪教学和训练进行探讨。结果：通过实验对比,反复变换练习条件、练习内容、时间和强度,实验组在牢固掌握滑雪运动技能、消除恐惧心理和场地的适应能力上均明显好于对照组。结论：意向置换教学是教学规定与个性发展融为一体,符合教学规律,具有可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective:Skiing is a difficult and dangerous sports event,the first-line problem of skiing teaching how to improve the quality of teaching and training so that the beginners can grasp the skiing skill as soon as possible in a short time. Methods:With the methods of documentary information,field interview,educational experimentation and mathematical statistics,the article has a discussion on the application of intention replacement teaching of teaching in skiing teaching and training. Results:Basing on the experimental contrast,repeatedly transform the exercise condition,content,time and intensity,the experimental group is obviously better than the control group in grasping the skiing skill,controlling the dread psychology,acclimatizing themselves to the field. Conclusion:The teaching method of intention replacement answers for the teaching rule by integrating the teaching regulation and personality development and is feasible. |
