| 摘 要： | 以终身体育理念为主线,运用理论分析等方法,对冰上课的教学理念和教学体系改革进行探讨,从丰富教学内容、创新教学方法与手段、建立科学的冰上课学习评价体系等方面研究、分析,培养大学生终身体育锻炼意识,促进学生体能的可持续发展,使学生终身受益。

| Abstract: | With the theoretic analysis method under the idea of lifelong physical education,the article discusses the reform of skating teaching idea and system to enrich the teaching content and innovate the teaching methods and means.By building the scientific evaluation system of skating teaching,it's to rear the undergraduates consciousness of lifelong physical education for the sustainable development of their physical condition in lifelong benefit. |
