| 摘 要： | 挖掘体育活动课外资源，突出医学体育教育特色，改善体育教育教学环境，努力开创具有医学院校特色的学校体育教育新局面。采用文献资料法、专家、学生访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，坚持”健康第一、以人为本”的指导思想，根据哈尔滨医科大学速度滑冰体育教育活动的开展现状，分析了在哈尔滨医科大学实施速度滑冰课外活动体育俱乐部的优势和制约因素，旨在为哈尔滨医科大学实施课外速度滑冰体育活动俱乐部制和课外体育活动俱乐部制改革提供依据。

| Abstract: | Tap the extracurricular resources of sports activities, highlight the characteristics of medical sports education, improve the environment of physical education, and create a new situation of sports education which has the characteristics of medical universities. By using the methods of literature, experts and students interviews, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, adhering to the guiding ideology of ＂ health first, people oriented＂, according to the status of educational activities of speed skating in Harbin Medical University, this paper has an analysis on the advantages and restrictive factors of developing extracurricular speed skating club in Harbin Medical University, in order to provide the basis for developing and reforming the extracurricular speed skating club system in Harbin Medical University |
