| 摘 要： | 在速度滑冰中长距离项目的比赛中,运动员后程降速已经成为制约我国速滑项目进步的瓶颈之一,对此类问题的突破性研究对我国速滑项目的可持续性发展具有重要的战略意义。认为运动员技术训练与体能训练的特点,全面身体训练与滑行技术水平,不同距离项目的训练要求,饮食结构,运动员临场的竞技状态,比赛中的滑跑平均速度对其比赛中的后程降速具有重要的影响,并提出相应的解决措施。
