| 摘 要： | 多渠道培养冬季体育项目俄语人才,是加强与世界冬季体育项目强国俄罗斯交流与学习的首要条件,是提高我国冰雪运动的必要措施。认为冬季运动项目的俄语人才应具备冬季运动项目专业俄语知识,具有扎实的语言基本功,丰富的冬季运动项目知识,良好的政治思想素质等。提出采用建立专门的俄语人才培养管理组织,与高校联合组建高水平体育俄语人才库,实行内部挖潜,开发培训教材,利用黑龙江体育科技信息网站开辟网络的培训模式等途径培养冬季运动项目俄语人才。
