| 摘 要： | 社会适应能力是大学生步入社会、融入社会和改造社会的必备素质，培养大学生社会适应能力是现代冰雪体育教育的重要内容。冰雪体育教育对培养大学生社会适应能力的积极影响主要表现在：促进大学生之间的密切交流，促进大学生心理健康水平的提高，有利于培养大学生的人文素质和个性的完善。冰雪体育教育培养大学生社会适应能力的重要途径有：整合冰雪体育课程开发资源，培养大学生的综合素质；有效组织冰雪体育教学，提升大学生的责任意识和能力；创新冰雪体育课程文化，激发大学生的生命活力；融入就业理念，实现冰雪体育教育的双向建构。冰雪体育教育贯穿大学生社会适应能力培养，对于大学生认识自我、学会合作、全面发展等方面具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The social adaptiveness is a necessary quality for the undergraduates to step into society, partici- pate in society and reform society, and developing the undergraduates＇ social adaptiveness is an important part of modern ice - snow physical education. The positive influence of ice - snow physical education on de- veloping the undergraduates＇ social adaptiveness are mainly shown in improving their close communication, psychological health, humanistic accomplishment and personality. The important ways of ice - snow physical education in developing the undergraduates＇social adaptiveness are as follows： integrating the curriculum re- sources of ice - snow physical education to develop their comprehensive quality, effectively organizing the ice - snow sports teaching to hoist their responsibility and capacity, innovating the ice - snow sports culture to arouse their vitality, integrating the employment idea to achieve the two - way construction of ice - snow physical education. The ice -snow physical education can develop the undergraduates＇ social adaptiveness, which is significant for them to understand self, learn cooperation and roundly develop self. |
