| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访问法、综合分析法等,结合自由式滑雪空中技巧项目运动的特点进行分析归纳,总结出空中技巧项目运动员应具备的心理能力。通过对国内外有关自由式滑雪运动员心理训练方法的研究,结合实例,提出几种有针对性的心理训练方法。旨在为教练员、运动员提供参考,在比赛中取得优异成绩。

| Abstract: | It is to apply the document datum method and visitation method in synthetically analyzing the sports characteristics of the freestyle skiing aerials event.The necessary mental skill is summed up for the athletes. Through studing experience and information about the mental skill training methods for the freestyle skiers, the article makes suggestions of several pertinent methods in instance.It is some reference for the coaches and athletes to benefit the excellent performance in the competition. |
