| 摘 要： | 高校冰雪体育文化是高校师生们在长期的冰雪体育教育实践过程中，共同创建和积累起来的一种文化现象，是高校实施素质教育不可缺少的重要组成部分。通过高校冰雪体育文化的建设，更好地促进素质教育目标的实现。从高校冰雪体育文化的相关概念出发，分析了高校冰雪体育文化的重要作用，从加强冰雪体育课程建设，积极开展校内外冰雪体育竞技性、群众性活动，加大校园冰雪体育设施的建设力度，加强学生冰雪体育社团建设，创建丰富的网络校园体育文化，多渠道、全方位进行校园冰雪体育文化宣传等方面论述了高校冰雪体育文化的建设途径。只有不断探求与创新，高校冰雪体育文化才能繁荣与发展。

| Abstract: | In universities, as an important part being indispensable in quality -oriented education, the ice - snow sports culture is a cultural phenomenon which is created and accumulated by the teachers and under-graduates together in their longtime practice process of ice - snow sports education. The goal of quality - oriented education will be better achieved by developing the ice - snow sports culture in universities. Starting with the related concepts of college ice -snow sports culture, the paper analyzes the culture＇s important role. It discusses some approaches for developing the culture as follows： enhance the construction of ice - snow sports curriculum, actively develop the competitive and mass ice - snow sports activities in class and after school, reinforce the construction of ice - snow sports facilities, strengthen the undergraduates ice - snow sports league, create colorful campus network sports culture, have its publicity in multi channels and all dimensions ： Only continuous research and innovation can flourish and develop the ice - snow sports culture in universities. |
