| 摘 要： | 冰雪体育旅游在国内正形成强劲的发展势头,通过分析冰雪体育旅游对国民经济和社会发展所具有的功能与作用,以增强人们对冰雪体育旅游及其功能的认识,更好地促进冰雪体育旅游业的发展,使其在我国国民经济和社会发展中发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | Recently,the ice-snow sports travels is coming up in well trend.By analyzing the function and effect of the ice-snow sports travels on the national economy and social development,it is for advancing the civil recognizing on the function of the ice-snow sports travels.So it may be better to develop this industry and to exert it more effect on the national economy and social development. |
