| 摘 要： | 2004年实行的新系统以来,花样滑冰的评价方式产生了很大的变化。运用文献资料法对2004～2008年中国杯和世界锦标赛的成绩进行分析,发现新规则实行之后,中国男单运动员节目内容分依然低于技术分,并有很大的分差,影响了名次,认为基础滑行技术差限制了滑行技巧和过渡/连接步法的运用、节目编排架构不完整和表演能力欠缺是影响我国运动员节目内容分的主要原因。提出细化训练方法和手段提高滑行技巧;在编排时不能将节目视为技术动作的堆积,应将一套节目视为一套舞蹈小品,将技术动作视做完成舞蹈小品所必须的技巧,从节目的整体表达上考虑和衡量一套节目的架构。
