| 摘 要： | 通过分析黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游产业发展现状，指出目前影响冰雪旅游产业快速发展的重要问题主要是产业化力度不够，缺乏对具有民俗文化特色的体育项目的开发，区域旅游资源市场的培育不足等。提出树立冰雪体育产业意识，形成冰雪体育产业规模化发展；加速北方地区民族文化的挖掘整理，促进冰雪文化的融合、提升；推进区域旅游资源培育力度，发挥本地优势拓宽客源市场；改善冰雪体育旅游产业经营理念，加强管理工作，提高服务质量等促进黑龙江省冰雪旅游产业发展的途径和对策。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the current development of ice-snow sports tourism industry in Heilongjiang province from the viewpoint of sports industry, the article indicates that the current important problems which influence the development of ice-snow tourism industry relate to low industrialization, lacking sports event with local folk-custom feature, wanting market of local tour resource. For promoting the development of ice-snow tourism industry in Heilongjiang province, it suggests some countermeasures to establish the consciousness of ice-snow sports industry, to advance the sweeping development trend of ice-snow sports industry, to accelerate the development of northern folk-custom culture into ice-snow culture, to exploiture the local tour resource, to widen the resource of tourist by using the local advantage, to improve the management idea of ice-snow sports tourism, to reinforce the management work into better service quality. |
