| 摘 要： | 冰球运动员运动损伤的发生是导致其不能出现好成绩,甚至过早结束运动生命的重要原因。对中国国家女子冰球队运动员的运动损伤情况的调查显示,膝关节创伤性滑膜炎、腰部扭伤和腰肌劳损是主要运动损伤,比赛与训练中的致伤动作依次为身体阻截、球杆阻截、对方动作粗野或违反规则等,疲劳、带伤训练、意外伤、身体局部负担过重等均是女子冰球运动员常见的致伤因素。建议应结合女子冰球运动的特点进行医务监督,避免运动损伤的发生。
