| 摘 要： | 研究目的：为北欧两项在中国的开展奠定理论基础，为运动员的科学选材提供理论依据。研究方法：文献资料法、数理统计法和对比分析法。研究结果：北欧两项运动员的年龄25．35±0．32岁，身高177．40±5．28cm，体重为67．12±6．01kg，体重指数37．48±2．12kg／cm。结论：北欧两项属于冬季项目中的混合型项目，既需要运动员有较好的耐力，又需要运动员能够出色地完成高难度的跳台动作，北欧两项世界优秀运动员的年龄偏大，身材比例适中，身高较高。

| Abstract: | The article aims to lay the theoretical foundation for developing the Nordic combined skiing in China and to make a theoretical reference for scientifically selecting some skiers with talent. The research methods relate to the documentary information, statistics and contrast analysis. The research result shows that the Nordic combined skiers average 25.35 ±0.32 years old, 177.40 ±5.28cm height, 67.12±6.01kg weight and the body mass index is 37.48 ± 2.12kg/cm. The conclusion is that the Nordic combined event is a combined one of winter sports events which needs the skiers better endurance in the cross - country race and competitive capability to perform some high difficult actions in the ski jumping race, the world - class skiers are older with middling body shape and higher height. |
