| 摘 要： | 短道速滑是一项操纵身体变化的高智能竞技运动，非智力因素与短道速滑有着尤为密切的关系，引入非智力因素的作用在短道速滑训练、教学中的意义重大。分别从动机、性格和毅力等非智力因素对短道速滑运动员的影响进行研究，总结出运动员自我认知的培养、运动员运动动机与意志的培养、合理有效的激励性原则等培养短道速滑运动中非智力因素的方法，为培养短道速滑运动员非智力因素水平，提高运动成绩提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Short track speed skating is a competitive sports with high intelligence to manipulate the body changes. There is a close relationship between the non-intelligence factors and this sports,so it will be sig-nificant for applying the this sports training and teaching to introduce the non-intelligence factors. The pa-per has a research on some non-intellectual factors of influencing the skaters such as motivation,personali-ty and perseverance. It puts forward some methods for developing the skaters' non-intellectual factors as follows:develop the skaters' self cognition,competitive motivation and volition with reasonable and effec-tive incentive principle. The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for improving the short track speed skaters' performance by developing their non-intellectual factors. |
