| 摘 要： | 学校体育伤害事故的频繁发生己成为困扰我国学校体育事业健康发展的一大难题,探究事故成因,提出切实可行的建设性意见极其重要。本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法及逻辑分析法论述学校体育伤害事故的概念及特征,并从主体因素、客体因素、突发性因素三个方面深入分析学校体育伤害事故发生的原因,探讨体育教师在不同因素造成的学校伤害事故风险控制中应承担的责任,及相关责任承担的可行性分析。学校体育伤害事故的发生虽然具有偶然性、不可预测性,但教师作为体育教学中的主导者,积极有效的行为因素能够减少甚至消除意外事故的发生;减轻事故发生造成的损失。

| Abstract: | Frequent physical injury accidents in school has become a big problem for healthy development of school sports in our country,explore the causes of the accidents,and putting forward the feasible constructive opinions is extremely important. This paper uses the method of literature, case analysis and logical analysis on the concept and characteristics of school sports injury accidents, and analyze the causes of physical injury accidents in school deeply from three aspects subject factors, object factors and sudden factors,explore the responsibility of physical education teachers in the different factors of school injury risk control,and feasibility analysis of related liability. Physical injury accidents in school happened with fortuitous and unpredictability,but teachers as the leader in the physical education,Positive and effective factors can reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of accidents;reduce the loss caused by accidents. |
