| 摘 要： | 为了解游泳运动员的免疫系统机能,测定了备战2 0 0 2年亚运会的男、女各1 0名运动员赛前集训期间的免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞等指标的变化,并将免疫球蛋白与T淋巴细胞亚群的某些指标进行了相关分析。结果显示:赛前国家游泳队运动员的免疫球蛋白指标随运动强度呈现不同的变化;免疫球蛋白与T淋巴细胞亚群这两个免疫应答系统的变化是不同的,提示在对运动员免疫系统机能进行监测时,需同时监测免疫球蛋白和淋巴细胞亚群指标

| Abstract: | In order to know the immune system function of swimmer,this paper measured the variety of immune globulin and sub-group T lymphocyte of 10 male and 10 female swimmers during preparing for 2002 Asian Games.Moreover,correlative analysis on some indexes was made between immune globulin and sub-group T lymphocyte.The result showed that the index of immune globulin of national team swimmers pre-competition tended to change with the training intensity.The change between immune globulin system and sub-group T lymphocyte was different.It suggested that the index of immune globulin system and the sub-group T lymphocyte system should be monitored simultaneously. |
