| 摘 要： | 结合当前体育场（馆）现有的实际情况，对场（馆）的产权资产重组模式问题进行了分析研究。结果表明：体育场（馆）的行政管理模式、资产重组的方式模式和管理服务的方法模式是整个产权资产重组的重要内容。指出：打破体育场（馆）公有制一统天下的局面是社会改革发展的趋势，建立多元化产权是体育场（馆）资产重组的关键问题。研究的目的，是为政府和决策部门在制定新政策时，提供相应的参考性建议。

| Abstract: | Combining with the practical condition of gymnastic facilities,this paper analyzed the mode of assets and property rights reassignments. The results showed that the property rights reassignment mode included the mode of administrative manage, assets reassignment way and manage service way. It was the most important problem to establish the property rights diversification systems. The recommendations are proposed for the assets reassignments and the reference advices are provided for the government and the decision-making departments to make their decisions. |
