| 摘 要： | 民营企业的体育活动是全民健身体育中的重要组成部分,也是企业文化建设的重要内容。以民营经济发达的浙江省为例,对民营企业体育的概念、特征等基础理论问题进行了梳理,对民营企业体育的4个组成部分进行了现状分析,进而寻找民营企业体育的驱动和阻碍因素,提出我国民营企业体育的发展模式。

| Abstract: | Sports activity in individually-run enterprises was not only an important part of national fitness program,but also an basic content of corporate culture construction.Taking the developed individually-run economy of Zhejiang province as an example,this paper discussed the basic theory of sports concept and characteristics of individually-run enterprises,analyzed the current condition of four components of individually-run enterprises sports activity,found out driving force and restricted factors,put forwarded developing model.The research result would play an exemplary role for health development of sports activity of individually-run enterprises in China. |
