| 摘 要： | 以体育产业理论和产业经济学理论为理论基础，采用实证与规范、统计分析与比较分析和层次分析等研究方法，对我国体育产业结构与产业布局政策进行全面系统的探讨。为了促进我国产业结构优化，要以健身娱乐业为主导产业，带动体育产业结构的全面升级，重点扶持竞赛表演业和体育培训业，以竞赛表演业带动体育中介服务业和体育金融保险业，通过市场来调节体育用品制造业和体育用品销售业，适度发展体育彩票业。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of demonstration and standard, logical anct comparanve analysis, this paper made systematic discussion on sports industry structure and organizing policy. The result shows that in order to optimize sports industry structure in China, recreational industry of physical exercise can serve as the leading industry to promote the upgrading of sports industry structure with competition performance industry and sports training industry being particularly supported. Competition performance industry can promote sports intermediary service industry. Sports product manufacture and sales industries can be regulated by the market. Sports lottery industry can be developed moderately. It is necessary to quicken the reform of sports management system and the compiling and promoting of sports service standards so as to regulate sports industry organization. Professional sports leagues towards the market should be established. Sports industry should be included into the cultural industry policies. Sports industry taxation, land, national assets possession fee policies should be perfected and supported. |
