我国优秀游泳运动员出发技术辅助训练的研究

摘    要:为改进我国优秀游泳运动员的出发技术,采用观测和实验方法,通过拍摄运动员陆上和水下出发技术录像以及出发计时,对出发技术进行运动生物力学诊断和分析。在此基础上,根据运动员自身特点和不同泳姿提出相应的入水启动方式,并研制出发训练辅助器材,对出发预备姿势、腾起角度以及飞行远度和入水角进行控制。实践证明:这是一种快捷、有效的出发技术辅助训练方法。

Abstract:Biomechanical diagnosis and analysis were made for starting technique in swimming based on experimental observation, testing and video recording of swimmers'start both on land and diving into and under the water. The starting time when the feet left the platform and when the head get to 10 meters under the water were kept by a specially designed infrared time-keeper. Based on this and according to the different starting techniques of different events, a special equipment for supplementary training of swimming start was developed to control the starting posture, take-off angle, diving distance and entry angle. It was proved by practice that this was an effective supplementary training for starting.
