| 摘 要： | 通过对公民权利内涵和体育需求发展的分析,以及对公民体育权利法律规定的有关论述,揭示了体育权利已成为现代公民权利体系的一项重要内容。进而提出,确认并保障公民的体育权利,反映了当代国际上体育立法的一种趋向,更应作为我国社会主义体育立法的根本目的和主要任务。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the connotation of citizen rights and the development of sports needs,the paper discusses theregulations stipulated by the law of citizen sports rights,indicates that sports rights have become an important item ofmodern citizen rights system,and further puts forward the concept that to confirm and guarantee sports rights of citizens notonly reflects the international tendency of sports legislation in the contemporary world,but also is the fundamental purposeand major task of socialist sports legislation in our country. |
