| 摘 要： | 以例举法和案例形式对问卷调查中的可靠性问题进行了探讨，首次提出了“可靠性不一定是真实性”的观点。在实际应用中，可用下列办法检验受试者应答的可靠性和真实性：1)比较受试者在相互联系的题目(问题)上的应答结果；2)把针对受试者个体的具体问题(提问)变成针对受试者群体的笼统问题(提问)；3)结合与受试者密切联系的群体的反馈信息；4)把两个或多个相联系的指标间接转换成一个综合指标。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the reliability and facticity in questionnaire through the method of example and case study,put forwards that reliability is not equal with facticity for the first time.In practical application,the following methods for testing reliability and facticity can be used:1.Comparing the subject's response between related items.2.Using the questions point to specific group instead of using questions that sharply point to individuals.3.Combining the feedback from related group with subject's response.4.Transforming relatively individual indexes to an synthetical index. |
