| 摘 要： | 搞好县级体育工作是实现体育强国的重要措施。县级体育工作具有基础性、综合性等特点,只有充分认识县级体育工作的战略地位,才能自觉地抓好县级体育工作的总体建设。县级体育工作要为我国体育事业做出更大贡献,必须集中力量增加体育人口和提高体育后备人材输送率。

| Abstract: | Effective development of sports undertakings at the county level is an important measure for turning China into a sport power. Sports undertakings at the county level are both basic and comprehensive in nature. Their strategic status must be fully recognized if we are to make conscientious efforts for their all-round development. In order that the counties may make greater contriutions to the development of sports nationwide, they must concentrate their efforts on enlarging their sports populations and increasing their supply of sports talents to the nation. |
