摘    要:本文观察了16名女子赛艇运动员30周训练期间有氧和无氧代谢运动能力的变化。前13周以力量训练为主,后17周以专项训练为主。观察发现过多力量训练无助于有氧能力发展,在专项训练期,应保持足够强度才能在发展有氧能力的同时提高最大乳酸值。

Abstract:The relationships between training and aerobic-and anaerobic-capabilities were observed to offer advice for training arrangement. 16 female rowers participated in 5 tests of 30 weeks during which cardiac structure and functions, VO_2max, 6min-maximal power(Pmax)with the maximal lactic acid concentration(LAmax)on rowing ergometer (REM),and grade load,HR corresponding to 4 mmol LA points (L4 and H4)on REM were measured. In tests 1-3,when strength building took 70% of the total training volume,Pmax and heart muscle mass were increased but P4 and LAmax were decreased significantly. In test 3-5, in which rowing practice was the majority, VO_2smax, SV and P4 were increased but Pmax and LAmax did not changed significantly. The results suggest that: 1. although much strength building may increase Pmax but is not helpful in improving aerobic capability; 2. aerobic capability may be developed by specific rowing training in which enough intensity was needed to increase the LAmax.
