| 摘 要： | 少数民族传统体育源于少数民族的各种生理需要和社会需要，是与少数民族认识水平的发展及他们的自然经济相适应的一种文化形态。随着少数民族认识水平的提高和改革开放所带来的市场经济和现代化的冲击，少数民族传统体育发生了显著的变异，这种变异折射出少数民族社会的进步和发展，与时俱进的变异是传统文化在新形势下得以生存和发展的惟一途径。

| Abstract: | Minority traditional sports come from minority various physiological and social requirement,it is the development of cognition level of minority and cultural formation matching their natural economics.With the improvement of cognition level and impact of market economics and modernization on minority,there are great changes for minority sports.This reflects social progress and development of minority.The changing of keep steps with time is the only way to survive and develop in the new times. |
