| 摘 要： | 研究优秀女子足球队运动员赛前训练及赛后免疫机能和心境状态的变化与关系，测定了北京女子足球队运动员九运会预赛准备期和赛后血清免疫抑制因子的含量和心境状态（POMS量表）。结果表明：训练期后血清免疫抑制物含量升高，比赛后降低；在整个观察期内，女子足球运动员的心境状态总体没有发生明显的变化；运动员血清中免疫抑制物的含量与她们的抑郁程度有显著负相关关系（r=-0．333，P〈0．05，n=37）。说明主观抑郁程度越深，其血清对正常淋巴细胞转化的抑制作用越强，血清中免疫抑制物质的含量越多。

| Abstract: | In order to study the change and relationship between immune function and mood states pre-competition training and after competition of elite woman soccer players,this paper tested the concentration of serum immune suppression factor and mood states of Beijing woman soccer players during the preparation of preliminary in 9th National Games and after competition.The result showed that after training session,the concentration of serum immune suppression factor increased obviously comparing with that of before training session,and dropped remarkably after competition.During the period of observation,there was not obviously change in mood states of woman soccer players.There was significant negative correlation between serum immune suppression factor and the POMS score in depression(r=-0.333,P<0.05,n=37).It suggested that the deeper of POMS in the score of depression,the higher of concentration of serum immune suppression factor. |
