| 摘 要： | 体育产业与旅游产业的对接已超越了体育旅游这一直接的形式。借助产业价值链分析方法,在剖析体育与旅游产业特点的基础上,将二者对接的物质基础归纳为"体验需求、资源共享、关联互补、产业链延伸"4个层面,并据此构建了以"需求-市场"、"资源-品牌"、"关联-创意"、"产业链-项目"为关键节点的产业链双向延伸的长效对接机制。在该机制中,政府应建立"设施完善、布局合理;政策激励、优化管理"的政府推动机制。企业应建立"品牌塑造、产品创新、竞合互动、知识共享"的企业运作机制。综合来看,政府应能强化两大机制间的互动,并沿着"市场拓展,品牌引领,创意提升,项目带动"的路径,通过建立对接的政策保障机制,为两大产业的对接提供不竭的动力。
