| 摘 要： | 采用抽样调查方法,对我国社会体育指导员现状进行研究。结果表明,目前我国社会体育指导员从数量到质量及等级结构,与社会需求差距较大;年龄偏大,文化程度偏低,从事体育工作年限不长;数量少,兼职和离退休人员多,有指导员称号的很少,指导力量相对薄弱。我国体育指导员有待进一步发展,体制有待进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The current situation of mass sports instructors in China was investigated based on a national sampling survey. Results showed that compared with developed countries, mass sports instructors in China had fewer technical grades and fell behind in both quality and quantity,which could not meet the needs of practice. Lacking young,well educated,experienced,and full-time mass sports instructors are the main problems, in addition to short of technical guidance. It is expected that the number of mass sports instructors should be further increased and the management system be improved. |
