有氧健身操对女性头发微量元素的影响

摘    要:利用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了参加有氧健身操的青年女性和中年女性头发中锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)的含量,并与同年龄未参加有或健身操锻炼的女性进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)随年龄增长女性头发中铜(Cu)、钙(Ca)含量发生变化,中年女性参加有氧健身操锻炼,可防止钙(Ca)的损失;(2)有氧健身操锻炼可使Zn、Cu丢失,建议参加有氧健身操锻炼要保证充足的营养,特别是微量元素的摄入。

Abstract:By methods ICP-AES, trace elements of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and Ca in the hair of young and middle aged women who took part in aerobic exercises were studied and compared with those who were of the similar ages and did not partici-pate in aerobic exercises. The results indicate that: 1. The content of Cu and Ca in women's hair change with women's age growing, participation in aerobic exercise by middle aged women can avoid the loss of Ca; 2. Aerobic exercise can cause loss of Zn and Cu, therefor it is suggested that women taking part in aerobic exercise must ensure sufficient nour-ishment especially absorbing enough trace elements.
