白藜芦醇对6周耐力训练小鼠红细胞形态、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究白藜芦醇对耐力训练小鼠形态、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。方法:选用昆明小鼠,根据体重将72只小鼠随机分为3组:A组为安静对照组;B组为耐力训练组;C组为耐力训练+白藜芦醇组。C组小鼠每日给予白藜芦醇10mg/kg灌胃,与B组共同进行6周递增负荷游泳训练,再进行力竭游泳实验。力竭游泳后24h处死小鼠取材,扫描电镜下观察各组小鼠外周血红细胞形态,测定红细胞参数,红细胞SOD活性和MDA含量,全血GSH-Px活性,RBC-C_(3b)RR和RBC-ICR。结果发现,6周耐力训练后,白藜芦醇组小鼠红细胞畸形率显著低于耐力训练组(P〈0.05);Hb、RBC和Hct都显著高于耐力训练组(P〈0.05);红细胞MDA含量显著低于耐力训练组(P〈0.05),但红细胞SOD和全血GSH-Px活性与耐力训练组相比均无显著影响(P〉0.05),RBC-C_(3b)RR和RBC-ICR显著高于耐力训练组(P〈0.05)。以上结果提示,白藜芦醇在一定程度上能提高耐力训练小鼠红细胞的抗氧化能力和免疫功能,具有保护耐力训练小鼠红细胞的形态和功能的作用。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of resveratrol on morphology,anti- oxidation and immunity capacity in mice performing endurance exercise.72 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups according to weight:group A(Sedentary Control),group B(Endurance exercise)and group C(Resveratrol Endurance exercise).Administrated of resveratrol with 10 mg/kg/d, the mice of group C were taken incremental load protocol of swimming for six weeks,then had an exhaustive swimming as did the mice of group B.All mice were sacrificed and sampled 24 h later.The following parameters in mice were tested: morphology indexes of erythrocyte,SOD activity and MDA content in erythrocyte,GSH-Px ac- tivity in whole blood and RBC-C_(3b)RR and RBC-ICR.The result shows that the mice perform- ing endurance exercise treated with resveratrol,the deformation ratio of erythrocyte in erythro- cyte significantly decreased,while Hb,HBC and Hct increased compared with endurance mice (P<0.05).Resveratrol treatment resulted in significant decrease in MDA content in erythro- cyte of endurance exercise mice(P<0.05).However,there were no significant difference in SOD activity in erythrodyte and GSH-Px activity in whole blood between endurance mice and resveratrol endurance exercise(P>0.05),while RBC-C_(3b)RR and RBC-ICR in mice treated with resveratrol increased compared with endurance exercise mice(P<0.05).Therefore,it was suggested that reseveratrol had protective effects on erythrocyte in mice performing endur- ance exercise,and enhanced anti-oxidation and immunity capacity of mice performing endurance exercise.
