有氧健身操对女性BMI和WHR的影响

摘    要:通过对健身俱乐部部发中年女会员持续参加半年以上有氧分身操运动前后BMI和WHR的测试,结果显示:长期有氧健身操运动可使身体成分发生改变,瘦体重增加,WHR降低,对预防心血管系统疾病,增强体质,延缓衰老有重要作用。

Abstract:Tests of BMI and WHR before and after aerobic exercise were made in women who are middle aged members of a health club and have joined the aerobic exercise for more than half year. The results showed that long term aerobic exercise could induce the change of body composition, increase the lean body weight, decrease WHR and play important functions on preventing cardiovascular disease, improving physical fitness and delaying the age.
