| 摘 要： | 通过文献综述，综合分析了雅典和悉尼两届夏季奥运会志愿者的招募与培训的经验与不足；剖析了北京第21届世界大学生运动会志愿者工作存在的问题；较为全面地分析了我国志愿者服务的优劣势。在此基础上，从思想认识、招募、培训到激励措施等4方面，为2008年北京奥运会志愿者招募与培训工作提出了建设性的建议。

| Abstract: | With the coming of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the study on recruitment and training of volunteers for the Games is practically valuable. The recruitment and training of Olympic volunteers has been the key element to decide the success of an Olympic Games. It has a greatly important value of use for reference for the successful recruitment and training of Olympic volunteers for the Games to do an exact and deep study on experiences of Olympic volunteer recruitment and training of previous Olympic Games. Through literature research ,this study made a comprehensive analysis on the successful experiences and disadvantages of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, as well as the problems exiting in the recruitment and training work of volunteers for the 21^th Beijing Universiade and a general analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the current situation of volunteer service in China ,on the basis of which constructive suggestions are made for the recruitment and training of volunteers of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. |
