摘    要:本文对普通高中学生进行踏车功量计上的短时渐增至极限负荷运动,观察当组织蛋白净降解基本没有改变时,游离氨基酸代谢的特点。结果表明,游离氨基酸进行氧化分解活动的过程加强,支链氨基酸参与丙氨酸—葡萄糖循环的活动显著,提示短时运动中,氨基酸参与氧化供能、维持血糖水平等活动,并且其程度比以往想象的大得多。此外,色氨酸水平的大幅度下降,及其与丙氨酸变化呈高度负相关,暗示存在支链氨基酸以外的氨基酸为丙氨酸—葡萄糖循环提供—NH_2的可能性。

Abstract:The features of metabolism of free amino acid were observed under the short-term incremental exercise on bicycle er-gometer during the time when there was basically no change in tissue protein pure degradation.The results showed that theoxidation process of free amino acid was active and branch chain amino acid was involved in Ala-glucose cycle remarkably,which indicated that during the short-term incremental exercise,amino acid contributed to energy supply in oxidation andmaintaining the level of blood sugar to a greater degree than it had been expected before.Moreover,an obvious decrease inthe level of tryptophan and a high degree of negative relationship between it and Ala in their changes suggested that therewas a possibility of supplyin -NH_2 for Ala-glucose cycle by other amino acid besides branch chain amino acid.
