| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访问等方法，对大学生闲暇体育锻炼行为进行研究。结果表明，大学生体育锻炼行为具有阶段性特征；不同锻炼阶段参加闲暇体育锻炼的频度、时间和强度差别具有显著性；参加体育锻炼后的心理感受与锻炼阶段存在相关；年体育消费水平与参加体育锻炼的阶段存在相关；每周的平均闲暇时间与参加体育锻炼的阶段不存在相关。由此推论，大学生不参加闲暇体育锻炼，非闲暇时间缺乏所致；接受媒体体育信息状况与参加体育锻炼的阶段存在相关。建议重视大学生锻炼后的愉悦感受，在对闲暇体育锻炼行为的干预中，应引导选择集体锻炼形式，促进锻炼氛围的形成，同时，应重视和加强人际交往能力的培养，提高大学生锻炼行为的坚持性。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper studies the physical exercise behavior of our college students.The result shows that physical exercise behavior of college studies has staggered feature.There is significant different for exercise frequency,time and intensity at different stage.There is correlative relation between feeling after exercise and staggered exercise.There is correlative relation between the level of sports consumption per year and staggered exercise.There is no relation between average leisure time per week and staggered exercise.It concludes that college students who don't participate in physical exercise are due to lack of non-leisure time.It suggests that we should pay more attention to physical exercise,lead them to select collective exercise,promote the formation of exercise atmosphere. |
