| 摘 要： | 通过比赛调研、技术分析、训练实践等方法，研究九运会南拳比赛指定动作的特征，探讨提高指定动作演练成功率的训练规律。认为提高指定动作的演练成功率，是决定南拳套路比赛成绩的一个重要制胜因素，是专项训练的重点和难点；提出了优秀运动员个体专项素质评价标准、技术诊断标准和运动负荷监控模式等指定动作训练监测措施。

| Abstract: | Through competition investigation,technical analysis,training practice,this paper studies the feature of compulsory program of southern style boxing in 9~(th) National Games,discusses the success rate of training rule.It is the key factor that decides the results,and is also the focal and difficult point.Based on it,evaluation standard,technical diagnoses and exercise load monitor for individual specific quality is put forwarded. |
