| 摘 要： | 运用城市社会学和社会心理学理论，对上海、北京和沈阳三城市市民就体育活动对市民提高素质的认同度进行了实证研究。结果显示：1)三大城市体育活动主要是通过社区体育、竞技体育、学校体育和职工体育等多种形式而开展。通过对各类体育活动的参与．提升了市民的综合素质；2)城市体育活动对城市可持续发展所具有的促进作用．主要表现在对城市整体文化水平的提升、城市精神的塑造、城市形象的改善与提高等方面，从而充分地体现了城市的整体文化理念，促进了现代化大城市的可持续发展；3)三大城市体育活动对市民综合素质的促进作用主要表现在：对市民的科学文化素质的培养；对市民的思想道德的提升；对运动参与者创新素质的开发；对市民心理的完善；对市民的身体(健康)素质的强化和对市民审美素质的提高上。针对现阶段三城市的具体情况提出：1)提倡“素质”体育现；2)注重需要动机的转换；3)更新学校体育的观念；4)重新定位职工体育的价值；5)开发群众体育的社会集群性；6)挖掘竞技体育的精神价值。

| Abstract: | Through using city sociology and social psychology theory,this paper made research on relation between sports activity and quality promotion,city culture and sustainable development of citizens,students and employee from Shanghai,Beijing and Shenyang.The result showed that the sports activity of citizens in three cities were mainly focus on community sports,competitive sports school sports and worker sports.Through participating in different kind of sports activity,the comprehensive quality of citizens was promoted.City sports activity has promoting function in city sustainable development.It elevated the entire city culture level,city spirit building,city image improvement and promotion.The sports activity promoting citizen comprehensive quality was as follow:the cultivation on citizen science and culture quality,the elevation on ideological and moral and exploitation on innovation quality of participator,the perfection on civil mental,the intensify on physical health of citizen and promotion on aesthetic quality of citizen. |
