运动超负荷和压力超负荷大鼠心肌间质胶原重构与心肌局部RAS-ALD系统变化关系的研究

摘    要:在SD大鼠运动超负荷和压力超负荷心肌肥大模型上发现,无论是一般运动负荷还是运动超负荷,心肌局部RAS系统均对心肌间质胶原重构起重要调节作用;ALd与心肌间质胶原的生理性重构无明显相关关系,主要参与其病理性重构,且与AngⅡ关系密切,上述结果表明,运动超负荷心肌间质胶原重构受RAS-ALd系统调节。

Abstract:Changes in myocardial histological structures and collage content, myocardial local angiotensin II (Ang ID and aldosterone (Ald) contents and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity were determined in exercise overload and pressure overload induced myocardial hypertrophy by masson staining, ra-dioimmunoassay, ultraviolet spectrophotornetry and Beckman automatic biochemical analyser. Results showed that under either moderate exercise load or overload exercise, Myocardial local renin-angiotensin system (RAS) played a regulatory role in intermyocardial collagen remodeling, it was involved in pathological remodeling which was closely related to Ang II, but not significantly involved in physiological remodeling. It is suggested that intermyocardial collagen remodeling is regulated by RAS-ALd system in exercise overload.
