| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究和文献资料调研,分析了我国高校体育教育的现状以及存在的主要问题,构建了高校体育教育的目标、内容、组织方法和管理机制等新体系,为促进高校体育教育改革,提出了新的改革思路和个性化发展的基本教育模式。
