| 摘 要： | 为构建我国职业体育俱乐部主场观众服务质量指数理论模型,基于RUST服务质量理论模型,从场(馆)环境质量、过程质量和结果质量对国外赛场观众服务质量指标体系进行了梳理,然后通过与国内专家学者的交流与调研,建立了针对我国职业体育俱乐部主场观众服务质量指标体系.在指标权重的确定过程中通过采用两次收敛的方式,克服了层次分析法中对专家意见简单平均计算的不足,科学合理地确定了各指标的权重.最后根据ACSI的计量模式,结合各指标相应的权重,构建了我国职业体育俱乐部主场观众服务质量指数理论模型.
