| 摘 要： | 雄性SD大鼠36只,按体重随机分成实验组,糖水组及白水组3组。实验组饮用健力宝低热量饮料;糖水组饮用含蔗糖8％的对照饮料;白水组饮用普通自来水。实验结果表明,健力宝低热量饮料具有减少食量、减少体脂、降低血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯、升高HDL—C及减少体内脂质过氧化产物形成的显著作用。含糖饮料则能使大鼠体脂增加,血清甘油三酯升高,体内脂质过氧化产物生成增多。

| Abstract: | 36 male rats were randomly assigned to three groups and they received Jianlibao Low Caloric Drink,8% sucrose drink and tap water respectively. The results showed that Jianlibao Low Caloric Drink could significantly reduce the body weight and the weight of perirenal fat pads (PFP), epididymal fat pads(EEP),and carcass fat (CF),and the amount of food intake. The significant increase of serum HDL-c and the significant decrease of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride and malondialdehyde (MDA)were also observed in rats supplied with Jianlibao Low Caloric Drink. However,the weight of PFP,EFP and the serum concentration of triglyceride and MDA increased significantly in rats fed with 8% sucrose drink. (Edited by Gao chongxuan) |
