| 摘 要： | 近年来由于中国青少年体质的连年下降引起了国家的的关注,青少年的猝死,晕倒的现象频频出现迫使国家提出＂阳光体育运动＂,目的就是为了提高青少年的身体素质。现如今,如何提高青少年的身体素质成为了体育教学的重要课题。该文以太原市徐沟中学为研究对象,就当前徐沟中学体育课教学现状进行研究,并提出了一些合理化建议,希望为高中体育课教学改革提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | in recent years,the declining of chinese teenagers＇ physique have caught the attention from the country,the faint and sudden death of teenagers appeared frequently forced the country to put forward the ＂sunshine sports＂,purposing to improve the physical quality of youth.Nowadays,how to improve the physical quality of youth has become an important subject in sports teaching.With the Xu Gou Senior High in Taiyuan as the object of study,this article makes a research for the Xu Gou Senior High＇s conditions of teaching enters,and puts forward some rational proposals,hopeing to provide some references for the reform of high school physical education teaching |
